5 Ways to Lose Weight Supernaturally

Losing weight is a challenge for most people. Making the changes in your lifestyle that are needed to get the results you want can be hard and feel impossible. Using the following five steps can help you take a different approach to weight loss. Here are 5 ways to lose weight supernaturally:

  1. Spend 5-10 minutes per day meditating on your weight loss goal.
  2. Visualize yourself stepping on the scale and seeing that number come up. Hold that picture of your ideal weight showing up on your scale in your mind.
  3. Pray.
  4. Read something positive each day to motivate you and encourage you to stay focused on your life goals and generate a positive and happy attitude.
  5. State your affirmation. Ex: I am thin, I lose weight easily, The weight is falling off, etc.

Using these tips have helped me lose 13 pounds so far.  I also exercise and watch my calories but the above tips help me stay focused.

Yes, the power of positive thinking - it does work. Some time ago I became obsessed with losing about 10 lbs. and it was then like the weight would not budge - I was constantly on the scale. I let go and thought more about being healthy and enjoying long walks and all is well.

I will never bring another scale in my home.

Thank you for reading. Yes I have been in that same boat of obsessing over the scale. I still use it but I limit how often I check my weight. Even with only checking once per week I get a little anxious :-)
